Our Climb Strong program is far more popular than we’d ever imagined.
This class will meet twice a week for four week blocks, with each class building on the last. Classes will be held for approximately 1 hour at 12:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Class size will be limited, so please contact Sylvia at 332-0480, or email her at sylvia@elementalgym.com to assure you’ve got a spot.
In this class we will:
- Work on maintaining finger and upper body strength
- Building core strength to help improve efficiency on the rock
- Integrate interval and rest training into our bouldering sessions
- Help improve all-day endurance for long pitches and steep climbing
- Discuss tactics for improved performance at the crags.
This class will be held seasonally, starting again in September 2012.
