Hybrid Training

Our Hybrid Training class forms the foundation for our athletes’ general fitness. This class covers:

  • core training
  • total-body exercises
  • strength sets
  • a metabolic “finisher”
If you’re only going to do one kind of workout, this should be it. For general fitness, we haven’t found a better format. Hybrid Training is offered on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Check our class calendar for times.
