Interval Weight Training

 

This class is a group-format interval session. We use hard bursts of different strength exercises paired with short sprints or intervals. The net effect is a lot of quality training in a very short time.

This style of class bridges the gap between “cardio” and strength training. Minute-for-minute, this is the most effective fat-loss training you can do.

For Winter 2012, this class is offered at 6 am Thursdays 12 noon on Fridays.
