Our Kettlebell Conditioning class is the ultimate in high intensity training. Plan on a full 45 minutes of hard-charging training. This class is designed to push your metabolic conditioning to its highest levels.
Kettlebell training requires skill. In order to participate in this class, you’ll need to show competence in exercises such as the snatch, clean, front squat, and Turkish get-up. All of these exercises are covered in Kettlebell Fundamentals. It is highly recommended that an athlete go through a full 4 sessions of fundamentals before joining the conditioning class.
