Our Kettlebell Conditioning class is the ultimate in high intensity training. Plan on a full 45 minutes of hard-charging training. This class is designed to push your metabolic conditioning to its highest levels.
Kettlebell training requires skill. In order to participate in this class, you’ll need to show competence in exercises such as the snatch, clean, front squat, and Turkish get-up. If you’re not familiar with these movements, please let the instructor know before class begins.
