Metabolic Training is all about intensity. The goal of these classes is to give you a great total-body workout, while also providing cardiovascular benefits. The long-term effect of this type of training is an overall increase in metabolism, increase in cardiovascular health, and better overall fitness.
These are high-intensity sessions. They’re offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week and are a great supplement to our Hybrid and Interval classes. Check the class calendar for times.
