We at Elemental Performance + Fitness are proud to feature Sylvia Carl as both a personal trainer and a Yoga instructor. You can see more on Sylvia’s Yoga here.This winter, Sylvia will offer the following Yoga classes:

Mondays 12:00-12:50pm, Yoga 101.
Stretched for time?  Now you can have your cake and eat it too!  (But if you bring cake you have to share with the rest of the class.)  Learn how to properly stretch in a short amount of time. Appropriate for all levels.

Thursdays 7-7:50am, Gentle Flow Yoga.
Get stronger from your center to your extremities!  Challenge your balance, strengthen your arms and core (including back muscles), and learn to breathe through it all.
