8:30am – CORE
12 noon – Yoga 101
5:30pm – Hybrid Training
6:30pm – Ski Fit

TUESDAY
12:30pm – Climb Strong
1:00pm – Hybrid Training
5:30pm – Fundamentals
6:30pm – Hybrid Training

WEDNESDAY
7:00am – Group Metabolic (A full session of hard metabolic training)
6:00pm – Group Metabolic

THURSDAY
6:00am – Group Interval (High-intensity interval training)
7:00am – Gentle Flow Yoga
12:30pm – Climb Strong
1:00pm – Burly Girls
5:30pm – Fundamentals
6:30pm – Ski Fit

FRIDAY
8:30am – CORE
12:00 – Group Interval
