The weakest link in most athletes is the midsection, whether it is weak muscles, some extra fat, or a bad back. Don’t be fooled, this class is not about crunches.

You’re signing up for a monster-session of training ALL the muscles of the core. This class is an excellent addition to any training program, and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
