Our Restoration and Mobility class is designed to address the two major issues we see in our serious athletes: recovery from intense exercise, and lack of mobility in major joints. This class is built around helping you recover from hard training and avoid injury in the future. We all know we need to stretch – but almost no one makes time for it. Imagine where you’d be if you’d kept the flexibility you had as a child; you’d have fewer injuries, would get stronger faster, and your ability to pick up new sports and challenges would be greatly enhanced.
This class will feature flexibility training, Yoga poses, foam rolling, and other techniques to give you the tools you need to stay strong and flexible.
