There are a variety of personal trainers and fitness coaches out there. In our quest to give the very best service possible, we do extensive in-house coach training as well as national level certifications and testing. When an individual hires a fitness professional, it’s usually because they’ve tried everything they could think of to get fit, and nothing worked. That’s why it is critical that a coach provide the utmost in expertise, motivation, and safety. That’s why a coach needs to get results.
Our trainers are the most educated and experienced in Lander. Our programs, both for performance and weight-loss, are second to none.
