Small Group Personal Training Pricing
We also offer personalized small-group training. These sessions are typically groups of 2 to 5 people training toward similar goals. These are fully-customizable plans and can be set up either by signing up with a group of friends or by joining an existing group.

Elemental Class On-Ramp
Personal Training Package
The Elemental classes are a great way to gain fitness and strength, but many people show up to them and find the movements and the intensity too much. We get it! It’s hard to move into a class of complex strength movements, conditioning, and unfamiliar stretches. With this in mind, we’ve created a special personal training program aimed at getting you ready to get the most out of our classes. This is a five-session program where you’ll be taught the exact right form on the major exercises, learn how to understand training notation, and build some fitness. Even if you haven’t been doing anything for years, we’ll get you ready for your first class in just five training lessons.
In this series of 45 minute sessions, we’ll cover:
– Proper form for the major strength exercises
– How to get the most out of your breathing and posture
– What “mobility” exercises are intended to do, and how to do them
– How to determine the proper intensity of exercise for each kind of class
– Which classes are right for you and your fitness goals
Session 1:
Learning Movement Preparation + The Elemental Movement Screen
Session 2:
Learning the Hip Hinge and Core Exercises + Progression / Regression
Session 3:
Learning the Upper Body Pull Exercises and Hip Mobility + Determining Intensity
Session 4:
Learning the Squat Exercises and Shoulder Mobility
Session 5:
Learning the Upper Body Press and Conditioning Exercises + Scheduling
