Our coaches charge $65 per 45-minute training session. 10 session packages are offered at a discount rate of $450.

Small Group Personal Training Pricing

We also offer personalized small-group training. These sessions are typically groups of 2 to 5 people training toward similar goals. These are fully-customizable plans and can be set up either by signing up with a group of friends or by joining an existing group.

For two athletes:
  • $85 ($42.50 per session per athlete)
  • Ten session package $650 ( $325 per athlete/$32.50 per session per athlete)
For three athletes:
  • Single session $105 ($35 per session per athlete)
  • Ten session package $825 ($275 per athlete/$27.50 per session per athlete)
For four athletes:
  • Single session $125 ($31.25 per session per athlete)
  • Ten session package $1,100 ($275 per athlete/$27.50 per session per athlete)
For five athletes:

Nutrition Coaching

We’re pleased to offer professional Nutrition Coaching to our members. In today’s world, it seems like “how to eat right” might be the most confusing part of staying healthy. How do I eat to perform my best? How do I eat to gain or lose weight? What foods will best support my immune system? Can I improve my sleep by eating better?

Through nutrition coaching, you will have access to personalized meal plans and nutrition guides that will help support your training goals. Having a plan tailored to you will help encourage sustainable eating habits in a way that works for your body and your life. Nutrition coaching can help provide consistency, direction, and accountability without having to worry with complicated diets.

We can break down your big goals into small daily habits, leading to big change over time. We will guide you through your plan and be there to support your wellness journey.

Our nutrition coaching program is headed up by Taylor Carr.

Taylor has a dual Masters in Sports Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning. She is also a certified Sports Nutritionist through the ISSN. Taylor works with athletes of all backgrounds to educate and instruct proper food fueling and nutrient timing. Taylor believes that with a functional nutrition plan, every athlete is able to better reach their unique fitness and lifestyle goals. She is also passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food.
