Our classes represent our training values and years of experience as coaches. We have developed class formats that are scalable to all fitness levels and focus on movement patterns that are essential to functional movement, long-term athleticism and preventing injuries, both acute and over-use. Our coaches provide clear instruction throughout class and can offer modifications for individual limitations all in an upbeat and positive environment. We know that coming to a fitness class can be intimidating and it is important to us that you feel welcome and supported to learn and develop as an athlete. Our coaches are skilled at challenging our athletes to meet their potential, so whether you are new to exercise or if you are a veteran athlete, we can take your fitness to the next level.
